I request a Berthing License at Cloondavaun Marina. By filling in this form and sending to Cloondavaun Marina, I agree to be bound by the Company’s Marina Terms and Conditions as listed below.

I understand that the Company reserves the right to take into account the general suitability of my boat for a particular berth, before issuing any such Berthing License and the Company’s decision in this matter shall be final.

I confirm by filling in this form and sending to Cloondavaun Marina that the above boat is insured, including third party risk for a minimum of €3,000,000. I have included these details above.

Marina Terms & Conditions
a) Berthing agreements are subject to adequate insurance.
b) Berthing is subject to availability.
c) Management reserves the right to decide berths assigned to boats.
d) All harbour fees to be paid before 15th February.
e) Boat shed storage requires a non-refundable booking deposit of 10%.
f) Balance of boat shed fee due before boat is transported to the shed.
g) No charge for RIBs or small boats up to 3 metres tied off main vessel.
h) Electricity is charged at a variable rate & includes V.A.T. and service charge.
i) No boat used for habitation shall remain in the harbour.
j) Minimum berthing charge is for a boat of 32 feet L.O.A.
k) Management reserves the right to move boats at
any time, when deemed necessary.
l) For extra safety for your boat a €100 surcharge applies to all boats in the water over the winter period [Oct – Mar] to cover adjustment of lines and fenders according to water levels.
m) Launching slip only to be used by those who have paid for RIB/trailer storage.
